Step 3: Schedule an initial consultation appointment AFTER 7 days of journaling your food intake by Booking Online
Note: The 7-Day Food Journal & Initial consultation forms must be received 24 to 48 hours before the appointment; otherwise it must be rescheduled. These forms will guide how your PLT journey will begin and I encourage you to use those 7 days to get familiar with the dense information provided by the PLT System.
